Hair dyes are commonly used at homes too by every other person. So when you get them on your clothes, be fast and furious because leaving it on for long will make the stain permanent.
Take the cloth immediately and soak it into cold water, now take a sponge and dip it into dish washing liquid, with this sponge now rub the place of stain forcefully. Rinse it now and this time soak in warm water and detergent and rinse well.

For rust it’s really easy; make a solution of 1
part of salt and 2 parts of lemon juice, and with this rub the stain area.
Leave it under sun for 3 to 4 hours; this will give a natural bleach
